Contract Scotland are currently working with a premiere Estate Agency in the West of Glasgow who are looking for a Sales Co Ordinator. Our client is a major player in Scotland’s real estate sector, with a focus on the mid-high end of the market properties.
This role would be suited to someone with extensive property experience in New Homes and Private sales.

The role itself will involve:

- This evolving role will provide the opportunity to oversee New Homes Developments from inception to completion.
- Liaise and interact with customer and client enquiries pertaining to buying and selling property.
- Work as part of a highly efficient sales team, striving to hit group targets.
- General sales administrative tasks and lead acquisition research.
- Provide customers and clients with clear, considered advice whilst also building up a client profile in order for the team to best serve their individual needs.
- Providing support to the Branch Coordinator in Sales Negotiation.

Role Essentials include:

- Friendly and efficient telephone manner
- Excellent ability to create and think outside of the box
- Strong knowledge of the Greater Glasgow property market is highly desirable.
- Must possess strong written competency and computer literacy
- A ‘will do’ attitude and team player
- Attention to detail and ability to provide clear and concise communications
- A proactive nature, don’t assume and always make sure
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines.

- Annual bonus based on branch performance
- Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm, 1 late night til 8pm
- 1 in 4 Saturday working 9.30am to 1pm

Contract Scotland acts as an employment agency for permanent work and acts as an employment business for temporary work.
