**Supply Chain Administrator**

We are looking for a Supply Chain Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for undertaking supply chain administration activities to support the Finance and Commercial teams. This role is an agile working opportunity, split between our Chorley HQ and remote working.

**What you’ll do**:

- Drafting new supplier contracts, and formatting contracts and variations to ensure a uniform approach.
- Be aware of the Commercial / Financial processes (RFA) process for cost control and management and ensure RFAs and approvals are in place prior to depot set up or contract changes.
- Produce regional rate comparison sheets, which are updated periodically, assisting the SCM and Commercial teams review and discuss synthetic rates.
- Manage your activities to meet deadlines and quality standards taking account of impact outside area of responsibility.

**Key requirements**:

- Demonstrable administrative service delivery
- Computer literate, competent in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel and other systems
- Previous experienced at preparing data reports, presentations, and written documentation
- Able to provide excellent customer service and add value to our solutions
- Able to build and maintain key relationships
