My client is a leader within specialist clothing and are looing for a Sales Administrator to join their team based at their site in Rotherham.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Administrator - Export Sale serving our global markets you will work with customers in Africa, MENA, Asia, Caspian, Latin America and ASEAN to ensure orders are processed in a timely manner. You will use your co-ordination and communication skillsto liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders as part of the order processing and delivery cycle. You will hone your skills in export documentation and provide a quality customer service. The position sits within an established team and amongyour duties and responsibilities include:

- Process customer orders and ensure their timely release
- Liaise with customers, warehouse staff and carriers for the dispatch of products
- Receive and perform checks on export related documentation for dispatches made to countries outside of the EU to ensure compliance
- Respond to customer queries and requests around invoices, credit, export documentation and stock availability
- Drive customer traffic to our website to streamline the order process
- Demonstrate adaptability for specific country regulations which our processes may need to cater for
- Deal promptly and appropriately with queries from various stakeholders in a competent and solution-focused manner

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

To become the Export Sales Administrator - Global Markets you will need:

- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Strong IT skills in using the Microsoft Suite, ERP systems and navigating websites
- Excellent written, verbal and listening skills with fluency in English
- Knowledge of export documentation is a distinct advantage
- Availability to work in Thurnscoe, Rotherham 37.5 hours per week
