**You will...**
- Create and distribute Customer Connection documents, maintaining accurate records.
- Manage workload for Build Partners, ensuring timely job issuance and coordinating with third parties for quotes.
- Update Village Project systems, including client information, sales data, and process management.
- Handle customer lifecycle management tasks, such as recording go-live status, managing job closure, and communicating with customers.
- Facilitate the completion of invoices and the generation of purchase orders for services including tree surgery, traffic management, and third-party survey companies.
**Your skills and experience**
- At least 1 years experience using Microsoft Office products.
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- At least 1 years experience in telecoms (desirable).
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Demonstrated attention to detail.
- Capacity to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively without direct supervision.
- Well-developed record-keeping abilities.
