Prime Appointments are pleased to be working with a company based in the outskirts of Colchester who have a Customer Service Administrator role. This is a temporary position covering maternity leave paying £12.02 per hour (£25,000 per annum) working Monday - Friday 8-5 with 30 minute lunch (unpaid).

**Main duties for this Customer Service Administrator role will include but are not limited to**:

- Handling and transferring incoming calls with a professional telephone manner
- Dealing with stock enquiries and maintaining stock levels
- Sales Orders
- Resolving problems
- Arranging deliveries, answering queries on deliveries
- Managing reports regarding delays or lead times
- Resolving complaints
- Outbound calls up selling and cross selling to existing customers

**Key Skills & Attributes needed to be considered for this position**:

- Experienced in handling key accounts, call centre and customer service
- You will need excellent knowledge of Excel
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience in sales
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
