The postholder will support the effective operation of the Slough Locality Team by providing organisational, administrative and secretarial support to the team members.

The postholder is expected to act on their own initiative on a daily basis to ensure the effective running of the service, prioritising their own workload as required.

The post holder must be able to effectively and professionally liaise with, and negotiate between, all colleagues, members of staff from other external organisations and the public, demonstrating excellent communication skills and dealing with confidential information in an appropriate manner.

Slough is the second largest town in Berkshire and is within the Greater London Urban Area. The A4, M4, M40 and M25 are all easily accessible making travel to and from very straightforward. Links to the centre of London are excellent with four trains an hour to Paddington, fast trains taking only 18 mins.
- Responsible for the effective and efficient day-to-day administrative, clerical and secretarial support for the Locality Team; including liaising with BHFT and SBC colleagues, systems support, team members whilst contributing to the smooth running of the service.
- Provide dedicated planning, coordination and administrative support to Locality Team members, as required, including diary management (where required) and management of the weekly referrals and allocation meeting.

**The 3/4 “must haves” for you to be considered for this role**:

- Minimum 3 years working as PA/ Secretary/Administrator
- Experience of working as a member of a team in an office environment
- Minute & Note taking experience
