We are looking for a Sales Advisor to join our Ecco Salisbury store (part-time 20 hours per week)

£9.50 per hour + 10% OTE Bonus

To succeed in this position, you must have a basic understanding of the sales process. Preferably you will have 1-2 years Supervisory experience within fashion or footwear retail.

In addition, you will have:

- Flexibility to work between Monday-Sunday
- A passion for retail and bring high levels of energy and commitment to the Company
- Ability to lead a team
- Possess a natural, friendly sales style
- Have a hands-on approach and a can-do attitude
- Be positive ,supportive, flexible, and actively taking responsibility
