At Jo Malone London, we're seeking a highly skilled and passionate Fragrance Sales Advisor to join our team. As a Fragrance Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a unique and inspirational in-store experience for our customers.

About the Role

  • As a Fragrance Sales Advisor, you will be the face of Jo Malone London, showcasing our luxurious fragrances and gifting products to customers.
  • You will be responsible for building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized recommendations to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • You will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  • You will be required to maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new product launches and promotions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a unique and inspirational in-store experience for customers.
  • Build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new product launches and promotions.

Requirements

  • Previous retail experience is not necessary, but a passion for fragrance and gifting is essential.
  • You will have a friendly and approachable attitude, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • You will be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • You will have a strong desire to learn and develop your skills, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
