At Jo Malone London, we're seeking a highly skilled and passionate Fragrance Sales Advisor to join our team. As a Fragrance Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a unique and inspirational in-store experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized and authentic customer service to ensure a positive and memorable shopping experience.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our fragrances and products to effectively communicate their benefits and features to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store events to create an engaging and immersive brand experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers.
