**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts and design solutions that meet project objectives and align with brand guidelines.
- Take ownership of multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring all deliverables are of the highest quality and delivered on time.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge and insights with the team.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or UX/UI design is a plus.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to junior designers and interns, helping them develop their skills and grow professionally.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

SALARY DOE FULL TIME ROLE INHOUSE

BASED IN LOUGHTON

Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
