Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our clients design team and execute the creative direction of their projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering outstanding visual solutions and mentoring junior designers. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s brand identity and ensuring consistency across all design assets.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts and design solutions that meet project objectives and align with brand guidelines.
  • To create visually engaging designs for various projects, including but not limited to; website graphics, branding materials, marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, posters, banners, etc.), social media graphics, email campaigns, presentation decks, digital assets and other visual content.
  • Take ownership of multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring all deliverables are of the highest quality and delivered on time.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge and insights with the team.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or UX/UI design is a plus.
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to junior designers and interns, helping them develop their skills and grow professionally.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

This is a full-time office role based in Loughton/Debden.
