We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Community Assistant to join our team. As a Community Assistant, you will provide administrative support and assist in the smooth operation of our community. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent organisational skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate records and files
- Assist with data entry tasks and maintain databases
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when interacting with residents and visitors
- Assist with organising community events and activities
- Support the office by performing general administrative tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an administrative or office role is preferred
- Strong computer skills, including the ability to computerise documents and perform data entry tasks accurately
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Knowledge of office procedures and equipment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £24,001.64 per year
