**Job Title: Part Time Operations Administrator**
**Salary: £12,500-£20,000 (Depending on experience)**

With a commitment to excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction, we are seeking a dynamic and organized Operations/Team Administrator to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:
Provide administrative support to the team and management.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
**Team Coordination**:
Act as a central point of contact for team members, fostering effective communication.
Assist in onboarding new team members and facilitate training programs.
Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless teamwork.
**Office Management**:
Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-functioning work environment.
Oversee facility management, addressing any maintenance or operational issues.
Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
**Data Management**:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems.
Assist in data entry, analysis, and reporting as needed.
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
**Event Coordination**:
Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and client meetings.
Coordinate logistics for conferences, workshops, and other industry-related events.
**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as an administrator, office manager, or similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
**Education and Experience**:
Previous experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus.
Monday - Friday
