**Who we are looking for**
Una persona que desee unirse a nuestro equipo de asistencia para el Juego Responsable con ganas de ayudar y prestar asistencia a nuestros clientes hispanohablantes.
Será responsable de interactuar con clientes que pueden estar en riesgo de, o experimentando, problemas asociados al juego. Deberá asegurarse de que reciben el mejor servicio posible cumpliendo con nuestras políticas y procedimientos de Juego Responsable.
El juego responsable es extremadamente importante para nosotros y nuestro equipo de asistencia ayuda a nuestros clientes fomentando el juego más seguro.
Su progresión y éxito serán respaldados desde el primer día con un excelente programa de formación y desarrollo continuo a lo largo de su trayectoria con nosotros. El puesto se ofrece a tiempo completo, trabajando cinco días cualquiera de siete entre las 07:00-23:00.
A cambio, ofrecemos un generoso plan de bonificaciones, el reconocimiento de una larga trayectoria con nosotros y una amplia gama de otros beneficios. El salario inicial para este puesto es competitivo y aumentará a 26.978£ al año una vez haya finalizado con éxito su formación.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Prestar apoyo a los clientes que muestren signos de estar experimentando problemas con el juego.
- Comunicarse de forma efectiva con nuestros clientes en español.
- Utilizar herramientas internas para asistir y asumir la responsabilidad de las consultas de los clientes.
- Trabajar en colaboración con departamentos internos.
- Escalar consultas cuando sea necesario.
- Promover el juego más seguro.
- Mantenerse al tanto de las políticas, los procedimientos y los requisitos de licencia.
- Aplicar autoexclusiones a cuentas de clientes.
- Tramitación de consultas y reclamaciones sobre juego responsable.
