**LARNE BASED**

We are recruiting for an Office Admin Support position to support our growing business based at our office at Ledcom Industrial Estate, Larne.

We are seeking someone on an initial part time basis to work in the region of 16-30 hours across 2 to 4 days to support the business, but we fully expect the hours to grow as the business does, we therefore seek someone with a degree of flexibility.
- **Starting hours will likely be 09.00-2.00pm 3 or 4 days per week (Must include a Monday) with flexibility to increase hours as the business continues to grow.**_

There is an opportunity for the right person to contribute their ideas on how the business should be operated as we are only in our third year of business. We therefore seek someone with a bit of professional experience and someone who is confident enough to contribute ideas.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Support the business in all areas of the office.
- Invoicing, reconciliation, liaising with clients and suppliers, general back office tasks, planning and scheduling work, general administration, preparing reports for clients, assisting the Managing Director.
- A minimum of two year's administrative experience.
- Experience in the use of Microsoft office products, in particular word and excel. There is a reliance within the business on Microsoft Excel in particular along with CRM and project management software so confidence on a computer is important.
- Ability to use own initiative.
- Good organisational skills with an ability to prioritise own workload.
- Flexibility to work in a new and changing environment.
- Be a team player. We have a small team with a great office atmosphere. We are looking for a positive person.

Full Training will be provided in all aspects of how the business operates.

What we are looking for:

- Organised with a near fussy attitude towards work and detail.
- Great manner and someone who can liaise with our clients.
- Dependable and trustworthy - Someone who will turn up on time and do an honest days work.
- Flexible to work and grow with us.
- Experience using computers is a must.

Desirable (but not essential) experience:

- Experience working in a transport office
- Experience of knowledge of Customs
