We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Assistant and Credit Controller to join a leading law firm. The role will be collecting outstanding monies from clients, liaising with fee earners and completing other administrative tasks.
- **Duties**:
- Sending reminder letters and statements
- Calculating and administering instalment payments
- Processing credit card payments
- Logging cheques
- Attending monthly meetings
- Updating the debtors list accordingly
- Purchase ledger invoices
- Daily banking
- Processing client, office and nominal
- Processing all transactions
- Archiving and updating records

Skills Required:
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prioritise work and meet demanding deadlines
- Familiar with practice management systems
