Job Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Support Representative to join our team. You will play a crucial role in assisting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has strong communication skills. A good telephone manner is of particular importance.

**Duties**:

- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing sales documents
- Assist with order processing, including entering orders into the system and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide product information and assistance
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare quotes and proposals for customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure product availability. Maintaining / building good relationship with our 3rd party distribution outlet.
- Assist in coordinating trade shows, and customer meetings

**Skills**:

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Use of Adobe and good understanding of social media, responding to online comments
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Responsible for lead generation, using Linked in, following on social media etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing situations
