Service Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the service department
- Act as a personal assistant when required.
- Assist with customer support and inquiries
- Manage and maintain customer database
- Handle order entry and processing
- File and organize documents
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other important information
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform general clerical duties as needed
**Skills**:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office equipment operation
This position requires a motivated individual who can handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. If you have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and enjoy providing support to a team, we would love to hear from you.
Please note that this is a full-time position with competitive pay.
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (required)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
