**Our Service**:
We are a CQC Outstanding children’s Disability service commissioned by Stockton Council. We work with children with Disabilities, and additional needs, such as autism.

We offer families respite support for children and young adults up to 25 years of age.

Centre-based groups across 4 family hubs in Stockton.

**The Role**:

- Personal care
- Community Outreach
- Independent living skills

**Rate Of Pay**:
£10.60, Plus Mileage and Report Writing

**Shift information**

Based on the needs of the child but can be
- From 3pn on weekdays during term time for children
- Weekends, anytime between 9 and 6
- School holidays, anytime between 9 and 6
- For those over 16 support may be needed from 9 until 3 weekdays As the role is sessional the working hours and time slots can be flexible

**Essential Requirements**:
A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (Children) or equivalent (or willingness to work towards)

A driving licence and access to a vehicle

Previous experience of working with Children, young people or have applicable experience
