At Bloxt, we are looking to hire an admin apprentice. This role taker will be responsible for the administration functions across the business. This role will support our engineers within their role. They will undertake the admin side of the business, answering phone calls to our many clients and ensuring the smooth running of the engineers working day by uploading jobs onto specific systems. We are currently recruiting for a highly organised, enthusiastic apprentice to join our existing team.

This role will be an employed apprentice and will be automatically enrolled onto a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.

**Duties**
- Ensuring timely submission of paperwork from the business.
- Data input of engineer’s jobs.
- Supporting other staff with any admin requirements.
- Support to ensure all documentation is compliant.
- Management of filing procedures.
- Learning platforms to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Taking inbound calls from employers and partners.
- Obtain feedback to gather satisfaction, progression and improvements that could be made.
- To undertake general administration duties.

**Skills**
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficient ICT skills, particularly with Microsoft packages.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisation skills
- Enthusiasm in the workplace.
- Willingness to learn.
- Educated to a minimum of GCSE grade C in English and maths or equivalent.
- 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays.

**Salary**: £8.00 per hour
