**Opportunity**:
**Duties will include**:

- On-going management of business management system processes, and procedures
- Plan and conduct internal audits.
- Coordinate, evaluate, and assist in developing action plans and follow up of audit findings
- Facilitate client initiated audits.
- Ensure that CARs are closed out in a timely manner and resolved to client's satisfaction
- Assist with the activities to preserve ISO certifications
- Assist with and collate data for the monthly quality report to effectively communicate the status of the business management system compliance, including current issues and status of resolutions.
- Engage in on-going communication with customers, acting as liaison to resolve outstanding quality issues, provide audit follow-up, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure that established quality and process procedures remain effective
- Plan assessments of the company's critical suppliers/vendors
- Review and approve process and QC documentation to release products for distribution.
- Maintain training evidence to ensure all employees are have received all necessary training

**Skills and experience required**:

- 2 years of Quality management in the manufacturing or engineering industry
- Previous experience of performing QMS audits.
- Excellent Decision maker and problem solver
- Team motivator
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
