MHR are looking for the brightest new talent to join our two-year 2024 Graduate Management Programme starting in September 2024.Our graduate programme at MHR is designed to offer University graduates a high calibre of training to become future leaders of our business.

MHR aims to create an empowered culture to ensure we foster a strong environment where our people can thrive, fulfil their ambitions in becoming expert leaders, and maximise their potential within their careers.
The programme will compromise of a two-year rotation scheme with placements across core departments including Marketing, Sales, Product, Software and Professional Services to name a few. You will have exposure to all our business areas, and you will work on key projects of strategic importance, engaging and collaborating with appropriate stakeholders whilst being supported by internal training programmes to help you thrive.
**What can you expect from the programme?**
You will be matched with a mentor from our experienced team of Heads of/ Directors to support you throughout your 2 years. You will also receive line manager and buddy for each specific placement within the business. Furthermore, each graduate will undertake a special project each year, set by our chairman and participate in and champion our company’s Sustainability campaigns.

It's our commitment to ensure you are set up with all the necessary tools and knowledge to become a confident leader as well as on the job experiences, projects and mentoring from our inspiring leaders. All graduates will be given the opportunity in year 2 to work in their preferred area of the business after spending quality time in each department. In addition, in year 2, Graduates will have the opportunity to support our corporate social responsibility with an offsite activity mentoring young adults.

There is the opportunity to network and create great relationships across the business, an invaluable understanding of each department and how they all fit together as one company to help you. Personal development plans will be vital in driving your talent and will actively be encouraged by your managers and mentors.
