**About The Role**:
**Job title**:Pension and Payroll Administrator (12 month FTC)

**Salary**:£25,000 - £30,000

**Location**:High Wycombe

**Introduction**:
You will reconcile and process pension schemes in accordance with scheme rules, and support the Payroll Co-Ordinator with payroll and benefits processing to deliver efficient and timely payroll. You will also help develop process efficiencies and work alongside the Head of Pay and Reward on pension projects to improve benefit offerings and support ongoing business change.

**What you are responsible for**:

- Process the pension related aspects of the payroll including auto-enrolment assessments, contributions changes and Opt-outs and regular deductions.
- Responsible for highlighting and escalating system and process issues as well as potential efficiencies to improve service.
- Carry out monthly validation checks for the payrolls, highlighting identified errors and taking corrective action required.
- Build and maintain good relationships within the organisation across different teams.
- Help produce monthly and ad-hoc payroll, pension and benefit reports, delivering accurate data across the business at all levels.
- Support the Head of pay & Reward to deliver pension projects and improvements as required for the business
