We are looking for a recruitment administrator to help them find and onboard the best talent to continue their important work.

As the recruitment co-ordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that the charity has the right people in the right places to make the biggest impact. You will work closely with their HR team and hiring managers to identify job openings, post job adverts, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews. You'll also be responsible for ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed and that new hires receive a warm welcome and thorough onboarding.

**Job Duties include (but are not limited to)**
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract volunteers and staff members
- Conduct background checks and reference checks for all new hires
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new volunteers and staff members
- Input and maintain accurate records of all recruitment and onboarding activities
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment and onboarding process

**Job Criteria**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Passion for helping others and making a positive impact in the community
- CIPD Level 3, CertRP or equivalent qualifications
