This is an exciting and varied position for an individual with proven Executive Assistant experience to join our organisation, providing comprehensive and extensive executive support to the Sales Director.

Key Duties of the Executive Assistant:

- Being the first point of contact for enquiries directed at the Sales Director
- Proactively managing the Sales Director’s busy and ever-changing diary and schedule; arranging travel, accommodation, meetings, preparing itineraries and drawing attention to matters of priority
- Proactive management of the Sales Director’s Inbox, ensuring key communications are dealt with in a timely manner
- Building strong relationships throughout the organisation and with key stakeholders
- Ensuring effective use of time with preparation of papers and information in advance, drafting correspondence and developing documents such as presentations, reports, quotations, and information packs
- Project Management including overseeing multiple projects and initiatives from inception to completion and working closely with others to ensure delivery of project objectives
- Assisting with the monthly Sales Meetings including organisation of agenda, venue and taking and distributing notes, and following up any action points
- Co-ordinating arrangements for meetings, exhibitions, and other events both internally and externally, assembling appropriate materials and booking hospitality as required
- Day-to-day support and management of the Sales Administrator
- Provide additional support to the Senior Management Team, Sales Manager and Sales Team where needed
- Work closely with the HR Manager co-ordinating starters and leavers in the Sales Team, including equipment and co-ordinating inductions
- Co-ordinating a range of personal affairs including the Sales Director’s private work and arranging vehicle care and maintenance

**Key Competencies of the Executive Assistant**:

- Extensive experience in a similar EA Role (5 years minimum)
- Comfortable working autonomously using own initiative and making decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with excellent administration and organisation skills
- Well organised with the ability to juggle several tasks simultaneously, thrive under pressure with the ability to prioritise and adapt to change
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive material
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
