Hospitality Team Leader will be a key player in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. You will oversee and guide the hospitality team to provide a welcoming and enjoyable experience for guests.

**Duties will include**:
1. **Team Supervision and Coordination**:

- Lead, motivate, and supervise the hospitality team.

2. Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring effective

**Front Desk Duties**:

- Process reservations, cancellations for the facilities.
- Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.

3. **Food and Beverage Service**:

- Take food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to special requests.
- Serve meals and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Monitor food and beverage service to maintain high-quality standards.
- Clear tables and maintain a clean and organized dining area.

**4. Cleaning and Maintenance**:

- Supervise the regular cleaning and maintenance of facilities and surrounding areas.
- Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to address any equipment malfunctions.
- Set up and arrange furniture, umbrellas.

5. **Collaboration with Other Departments**:

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to relay guest preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Work as a team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.

6. **Event Support**:

- Assist in the setup and breakdown of events and functions.
- Coordinate with event planners to meet guest requirements.
- Provide support during special events and promotions.

7. **Cash Handling**:

- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and reconcile cash drawers.

11.Any other duties as necessary to meet the needs of the Company.

**Skills needed**:

- Experience in a customer service or hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- knowledge of cash handling procedures.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
