**About Job**:
**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Providing excellent customer service in line with departmental standards, procedures, and guidelines.
- Processing of sales and sample orders in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Handling all customer related enquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Responding to complaints relating to service or product, including the administration of exchanges, returns and faulty stock.
- Various administration tasks, including but not limited to invoicing, scanning and credit notes.
- To provide flexible cover as required across all Supply Chain administrative activities as directed by line management.
**About You**:
- Excellent IT Skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Communication skills (verbal & written)
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Demonstrates honesty and integrity and promotes organisational values
- Methodical approach to work
- Able to demonstrate initiatives
- Team player with a flexible approach to work
- Previous experience in Supply Chain at same level will be an advantage
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£23,500.00 per year
