**Job Purpose/Summary**

To provide administrative and clerical support to the PCN team in a timely and efficient manner. To support the recruitment/induction of PCN Additional Roles staff liaising with member practices to allocate the resource and identify space in the practices to which they are allocated.

To act as central point of contact, where appropriate, for projects on behalf of the PCN and collate information to monitor/review delivery of contract performance.

**Events & Meetings**

Review Terms of Reference as appropriate and flag when due for review or if meeting conditions are non-compliant.
- **PCN Meetings**

Coordinate monthly PCN meetings, including circulating an agenda and relevant papers 1 week before the meeting, taking accurate minutes to reflect discussions/decisions, organise presenters where appropriate and maintain/monitor an action log
- **Engine Room**

This is a bi-monthly meeting of the 16 member practices to offer mutual support, motivation and ways in which we can share our experiences to help each other solve problems. These events require a venue organising, scheduling speakers/presentations where appropriate and circulating relevant information.
- **PCN Board Planning/Strategy Days**

Coordinate the agenda and book the venue for the monthly Planning/Strategy days.

**HR/Recruitment Support**

Work closely with the PCN Manager to support the additional roles staff in terms of:
For staff employed by third party organisations this will require liaising with the employer to ensure that all relevant paperwork is in place and inductions are organised.
- Where applicable, monitor compliance with Mandatory Training requirements
- Maintain systems to record staff absence, including annual leave, sick leave, study leave, etc.
- Establish systems to ensure accurate records are held of equipment provided to Additional Roles staff and that they are aware of their responsibility in respect of this equipment.

**Administration**
- Support the PCN Manager, the Digital and Transformation Lead and the Project Manager with ad hoc projects and work as required.
- Develop and maintain an action tracker for the PCN Board and support the Board as necessary.
- Coordinate activities across the member practices.
- Develop newsletters as required for scheduled circulation to member practices and/or Additional Roles staff.
- Work with the PCN Board to develop and maintain the PCN Website.
- General administrative duties as they arise.

**Health & Safety**
