Procurement Administrator-part Time

An opportunity exists for Procurement administrator to join and support the larger procurement team of a well established and successful IT Re-seller.
As the Procurement Administrator you will be responsible the maintenance of back-order reporting, highlighting and updating lines where deliveries are late and offering alternatives where available and managing queries and requests sent via the company Procurement in box that includes the completion of supplier forms.
Other key tasks the accurate input of new product details into the purchasing system to be sourced by Procurement team as directed and the ongoing support of the warehouse function with delivery queries, general issues and, processing returns.
You will have gained some exposure to a fast paced procurement environment and as the Procurement Administrator be able to demonstrate a high degree of competence in IT particularly MS Office ( Word and Excel).
This is a Part Time opportunity offering 3 days per week.
