**SETTING: Hybrid working - 2 days at home/3 days in the office**

We have an exciting opportunity for a **Procurement Administrator / Junior Buyer**. In this role you will manage an area of vendors, ensuring all buying and any relevant projects are in line with Procurement strategy and policies to deliver bottom line savings, procured goods on time and ensuring day-to-day continuity of service to the business through strong supplier management.

**JOB SPECIFICATION: Procurement Administrator/ Junior Buyer**

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Managing day-to-day supplier relations.
- Accurately inputting and processing purchase orders.
- Resolution of customer and sales queries and ensure day-to-day tasks are completed.
- Supporting warehouse with delivery queries and issues and processing returns.
- Reporting to the Senior Buyer(s) on procurement performance and progress through monitoring and measuring business success against the procurement strategy.

**REQUIREMENTS: Procurement Administrator/ Junior Buyer**

This role will suit someone with either one year’s experience in a Procurement or junior buying role or on the other hand, someone who has a keen interest in the above and is open to putting the work in to show results.

Additionally, you will also have experience and skills in the following:

- Some experience of a commercial procurement team including working towards team objectives and targets would be advantageous.
- Outstanding communication skills and able to influence at all levels.
- Strong relationship management both with internal customers, stakeholders, and suppliers.
- Experience of using Procurement/ Buying Management software
