Procurement Administrator Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Administrator to join our experienced Purchasing and Supply Chain team at Prince Personnel Limited in Telford. The Procurement Administrator will play a vital role in supporting the purchasing function, ensuring that all purchases are made in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Duties of the Procurement Administrator will include preparing and issuing purchase orders, maintaining accurate records, and monitoring inventory levels. They will also assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers, negotiating prices, and analyzing data to optimize supply chain performance.

The ideal candidate for this Procurement Administrator role will have excellent administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have a strong understanding of procurement principles and practices and be able to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. As a Procurement Administrator at Prince Personnel Limited, you can expect a competitive salary of £27,000 per annum (depending on experience), 25 days + b/hols + Birthday off, Company Bonus, and Full-time: Monday to Friday 37.5 hrs per week. This is a permanent position offering stability and security in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
