**About You**

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for creating high quality marketing campaigns, communications and assets to promote services across all of Agincare's companies.

Further duties and responsibilities would include:

- Planning and delivering marketing campaigns to drive sales leads and care worker recruitment
- Creating engaging, well written copy for marketing materials to effectively target public and private sector audiences
- Creating persuasive digital marketing assets using Photoshop and/or InDesign.
- Writing search-friendly content for our websites and digital channels.
- Evaluating the success of any campaigns in terms of engagement and return on investment.

**About You**

You will be an enthusiastic and capable individual with fantastic written skills, and the ability to produce high quality, concise and persuasive content.

You will have a passion and creative flair to produce persuasive marketing assets, with ideally a knowledge and experience of digital marketing including social channels in a business context.

Strong graphic design skills, preferably Photoshop or InDesign and video editing skills are desirable.
