Here at **HM Land Registry,** we are looking for an **Operations Planning / Delivery Support Officer** to join our Operations Planning and Delivery Team**. **You will join us on a **permanent full-time or part-time basis (minimum 30 hours per week),** and in return,you will receive a **competitive salary of £28,080 per annum (pro rata).**
**The Operations Planning / Delivery Support Officer role can be based at any of the locations below**:
Leicester, East Midlands (England), LE3 5DR : Nottingham, East Midlands (England), NG1 7AU
As an **Operations Planning / Delivery Support Officer**, you will support the Operations Planning and Delivery Team in undertaking resource and workforce planning activity which will impact on circa 4500 staff within the Operations Directorate,the majority of which are frontline caseworker roles.
In this vital role you will help develop effective establishment and laydown plans and support the Planning Lead with the implementation and coordination of the resource plan and associated governance.
**Responsibilities as an Operations Planning / Delivery Support Officer**:
- Being responsible for validating data relating to existing staff in the Operations Directorate on a regular basis
- Working with Operations Senior Managers and HR and Finance Business Partners to ensure accurate data is input into the business planning software, Anaplan
- Undertaking inputting and analysis in Excel and Anaplan to ensure budget is on track, aligns with the forecast and informs and supports future Business Planning resource decisions
- Supporting all resource planning activity including recruitment and progression, by preparing data and analysis for meetings and taking responsibility for actions and decisions that need to be taken forward
- Helping to determine planning and implementation activities that translate operations establishment into effective laydown plans aligned with Operations design
- Building relationships with key stakeholders and modelling assumption data providers to support validation of assumptions that link to Operations
- Supporting governance of operational assumptions for short to medium term delivery and preparing documents for stakeholder communication
**What we are looking for in an Operations Planning / Delivery Support Officer**:
To be successful in this role you must be proficient in using Excel to at least an intermediate level and be able to interpret and analyse information using different data software systems to make recommendations.
You will have effective verbal and written communication skills, sound organisation skills and be able to work on your own initiative. You will also be an excellent team player with the ability to engage with colleagues in a creative and innovative way.
Due to the nature of the role, part-time hours required for this role will be a minimum of 30 hours per week.
