**innovate NI Ltd** is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Antrim.

**What We Are Looking For**:
**Duties Include**:

- Greeting and checking in customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answering phones and directing inquiries.
- Entering data into systems.
- Maintaining office security measures.
- Scanning, filing, and sorting incoming mail.
- Performing other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, copying, copying machine use, copying machines use, filing cabinets use etc.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 2 months

**Salary**: £7.35-£12.44 per hour

**Benefits**:

- On-site parking

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Antrim, BT41 1JZ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
