Reporting to a Head of Delivery Management, the role holder is responsible for a variety of key administrative tasks within the software delivery department that support and enable the delivery of the operational service

**Key responsibilities**:

- Raise and receipt purchase orders for a variety of services. This will involve liaising with the Managers and Heads of within the department as required.
- Provide diary management for the Head of Software Delivery.
- Arrange Travel for members of the Software Delivery department as required.
- Coordinate any system access requests for both new and existing employees, including permanent and partner staff.
- Coordinate and book any attendance at conferences within the department.
- Take minutes and track actions from Software Delivery management meetings as required.
- Coordinate meetings and workshops for Software Delivery meetings including but not limited to co-ordinating agendas, inputs, attendees, capturing and sharing outputs, and tracking follow-up actions.
- Support to collate Management Information / reporting inputs across Software Delivery e.g. Weekly reporting packs, budget
- Collate data and statistics on behalf of the management team to support informed decisions.

**Person specification**:

- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written English communication skills (spelling, grammar, and fluency).
- Ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise own work.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel packages.
