**What youll be doing**

We are looking for a proactive HR Administrator to support our People Team with high quality and organised administration relating to all aspects of the employee lifecycle. A customer focused approach is paramount with a keen eye for detail and can do attitude. A high level of confidentiality is vital for this role. The salary for this position is £26,000 FTE.

As a HR Administrator at On the Beach, your responsibilities will include:

- Accurate production of employment contracts, general people correspondence and documentation.
- Updating and maintaining the HRIS system (People HR). Processing all changes accurately and in a timely manner.
- Producing reports, analysis and recommendations through data from the HRIS system. Ensuring all payroll reports are accurately administered each month.
- Supporting the on-boarding/induction of new employees post offer.
- Recruitment administration.
- Working closely with People Partners to support their administration needs,
- Maintenance of all personnel and electronic files.
- Working collaboratively with the People team and the wider business on ad hoc HR projects.
- Offering first line support to colleagues for general employment queries.
- Managing the leaver process

**Youll be a great addition to our team if you have the following skills, knowledge and experience**
- Previous HR Administration experience is preferred
- The ability to work independently or as part of a team with a friendly, positive and helpful manner
- CIPD qualification (or working toward)
- High level of confidentiality
- High attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Experience of Excel and Word
- Professional approach

**What to expect from our interview process**

We will have a two-stage interview process for this position that will consist of a first stage telephone interview and a second stage interview via zoom or face-to-face in our Aeroworks office in Manchester.

**Ways of working**

This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, but we dont have rigid working hours so you can find the working pattern thats right for you. We have core working hours between 10am - 4pm, so we can collaborate and enjoy the social side of work.

We also have hybrid working so we all work from home and our office in Manchester City Centre. As a team we tend to work 1-2 days (Tuesday / Wednesday) in the office and the rest of the week from home.
