**Position Overview**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Casual Sports Coaches. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering after-school clubs and wrap-around care sessions in schools. If you are passionate about sports, enjoy working with children, and want to make a positive impact on their lives, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver fun and engaging sports sessions for primary age children
- Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and skill development.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of equipment and facilities.
- Maintain positive communication with school staff, parents, and participants.
- Encourage and motivate children to stay active and enjoy physical activity.
- Adapt activities to cater to different skill levels and abilities.
- Provide supervision and care during wrap-around care sessions, including snack time and homework assistance.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience coaching or working with children in a sports or recreational setting.
- A passion for sports and physical activity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR (preferred).
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation (preferred).

**Working Hours**:
This is a casual position, and working hours will vary based on the demand of after-school clubs and wrap-around care sessions. Flexibility is essential, and work may be available on weekdays during school terms.
