**The Role**:

- Responsible for checking & remote rectification of any issues that occur on customer sites.
- Investigate incidents that occur & provide feedback to clients.
- To create Anti-Theft reports from incidents on the daily activity report & issues incoming from customers
- investigate, download footage, screenshots.
- To provide communication to clients re activity/ issues on their sites.
- To provide administration and communication for the WCCTV Heartbeat system.
- To provide administration support to the Operations Team
- Update data within the department
- always ensure accuracy (software, spreadsheets & folders)
- Provide occasional Bank Holiday support.
