- Location: Borehamwood & work from home 2 days per week
- Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week over 5 days (Monday - Sunday) working evening hours and weekends - Shifts: 15:00 - 23:00

**All about the role**
The Social Customer Service team is dedicated to providing world class customer service via digital channels to our millions of consumers across the UK. You will be the voice of Just Eat across various social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, multiple review sites and blogs. This plays a vital role in the success and reputation of the business; expect to spend your time responding to and approving comments posted on company social media pages and fully resolving problems in real time.
As part of this varied role, we're also counting on you to:
- Engage the social community on the company social pages
- Identify service related discussion on social media networks and provide appropriate responses
- Respond and post comments for marketing campaigns, promotions and competitions
- Partner with the Marketing team regarding customer communicationsCan you deliver
Here's what we're looking for from our Social media Advisor expert
- Previous experience within a customer service focused position using social media sites or a graduate holding a relevant degree
- We need you to be flexible - the team works varied days throughout the week 15:00 - 23:00 five days a week including weekends
- Knowledge and understanding of online communities and ability to adopt Just Eat brand and tone of voice
- Communication skills with a flawless standard of written English
- An independent and proactive way of working, able to problem solve and make decisions under pressure
