**Customer Transformation Portfolio Lead work **within the Portfolio function of Customer Transformation. This area is responsible for the end-to-end governance and management of the customer transformation portfolio -from review through to governance and benefits realisation.
As the
**Portfolio Lead **you will have the opportunity to use your skills and experience to embed our 'Customer Front Door' process ensuring demand is aligned to our strategic objectives, routed prioritised and tracked through to delivery.
This is a hybrid role, where you will be mostly working remotely but still working collaboratively with a large group of colleagues.
This role demands a high level of matrix management both across Customer Transformation and outwards into the business.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Responsible for the ‘Customer Front Door’ - from taking submissions, facilitating triage meetings through to working collaboratively with Customer Transformation and wider business areas to ensure submissions are prioritised, tracked and routed to the right team(s). Owning all relevant collateral for ‘Customer Front Door’.- Working collaboratively to identify and implement improvements.- Actively monitor the Customer Transformation portfolio through the tracking and reporting of portfolio performance from project/programme status, through to resources and CAPEX / OPEX funding to ensure we remain within budget and on track- Active participation in RAIDO with Portfolio Planning Manager to flag risks / opportunities- Analyse and provide insights into interfaces and critical dependencies across the portfolio**What we are looking for you to have**:

- Knowledge of managing a ‘front door’ process to track, prioritise and route demand
- Previous project, change management and/or PMO experience- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and challenge at all levels- Demonstrates strong decision-making skills and leadership skills- High standard of verbal and written English- Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Excel and Power point- Ability to work flexibly when required- Be Solution drive, outcome focused and proactive**What’s in it for you?**
