Working in conjunction with NHS Trust Talking Therapies and DWP, the role supports people in accessing primary care provision to support with their employment challenges. About the role This is a hybrid role which involves working with clients through a mix of home and community-based work, via telephone, and face to face appointments. You will support our clients with job retention as well as assisting them in finding and sustaining paid employment or voluntary work.

About you You will need a minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and you will have experience of working with Mental Health and will be able to inspire and engage people and have the ability to identify barriers and understand client needs, while possessing excellent motivational skills. This will include one to one engagement and sign posting to other organisations. You will have awareness and understanding of working with people with a variety of complex needs including mental health.

We are looking for excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate a proactive and highly motivated attitude. This post will operate throughout Worcestershire and use of own transport is essential. Appropriate mileage expenses will be provided.
