**What we are looking for**

We are rapidly scaling up production of the CUE1 and shipping orders to people around the world. We are looking for a Logistics Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be supporting the Supply Chain/Logistics function with a focus on inventory, logistics and supply chain. You'll also be involved in a variety of projects across the company including the implementation of a new ERP system.

The CUE1 is a delicate medical device, and we are still optimising the manufacturing process as we scale. Attention to detail is vital for this position.

This is an in-person role held in our company offices in Cambridge, UK. You will be working both independently and as part of a small team so will need to be a self-starter. This is a full-time role.

**About the role**

**Logistics**
- Work with suppliers, freight forwarders and couriers to coordinate inbound and outbound logistics including import and export declarations and documentation.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that shipments are processed on time and proactively communicate any delays and potential solutions
- Record and track all incoming and outgoing shipments and follow up with couriers and freight companies regularly to ensure timely delivery
- Pack products for shipping in alignment with all company SOPs and processes.

**Inventory**
- Ensure PO receipts, Sales Orders & Returns have been processed correctly through the company systems, taking corrective action when required to prevent inventory misalignment.
- Report on inventory discrepancies, and develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices
- Assist as necessary in overseeing product compliance activities such as labelling of stock and warehouse management.
- Complete regular inventory and systems checks including investigation and adjustments to keep systems aligned

**General**
- Aid the Supply Chain team with Process Improvement, Project Work, Master Data, and General Problem Solving as and when required
- Assist with maintaining supply chain data integrity within company systems
- Support the finance team with month and year-end activities including reporting as and when required
- Ensure that the warehouse is clean and tidy at all times
