Here at **Go Inspire Eclipse** we have an opportunity for a Logistics Administrator to join our team based in Kettering**. **You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.

As a Logistics Administrator you will work within a busy transport department supporting the Logistics Manager while carrying out relative transport administrative duties and booking and scheduling daily transportation of printed goods.

**Duties as our Logistics Administrator will also include**:

- Assisting with scheduling and coordinating work
- Making calls internally and externally to different departments and customers with regards to booking in deliveries
- Updating customers on orders
- Co-ordinating goods going out
- Be the point of contact for delivery dates
- Ensuring orders are up to date
- Cancelling orders where required
- Supporting the team to ensure all outgoing deliveries are booked
- Processing service orders
- Raising purchase orders
- Collating information, reports when required
- Ad-hoc analysis
- Adhering to compliance

**Our Logistics Administrator will ideally have the following skills and knowledge**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within transport and planning**
- A working knowledge of Word, Excel and able to adapt to a new system
- Flexible and pro-active approach with the abilityto work well within a team and to tight deadlines
- Have a high level of attention to detail
