As a Paid Social Account Executive your role will encompass a hands-on approach to paid social campaign activation for your assigned clients. Your key tasks will include:

**Key Tasks**:

- Responsible for setting up/managing Paid Social campaigns and driving results for clients
- Ad copy creation and managing daily spend through manual, automated and machine learning bid optimisation in line with clients’ targets and monthly budgets
- Planning, reporting and client communication
- Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance with client goals
- Monitor and evaluate results and performance across the major channels
- Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results
- Work across other departments to identify cross-channel strategies
- Your progression at Climb Online is in your hands and you will progress if you are willing to. As a start-up, there are endless progressive roles within the business but you must be willing to work for them.

**We Want You To Have**:

- Experience in a Paid Social role is preferable
- Knowledge of industry tools and technologies
- Ambition to become a Paid Social specialist
- Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm to work with large data sets
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
