Prime Brokerage Client Services Operations

**JOB OVERVIEW**:
**Responsibilities include**:

- Day to day contact for an allocated portfolio of clients which include hedge funds, family offices, intermediaries and proprietary trading firms
- Responsible for a range of client operational queries, from new market access, reporting, corporate actions, break resolution, settlements and payments
- Work within a team of 8 to provide quality client service to our expanding client base
- Role requires flexibility and appetite for learning
- Will be required to liaise with technology and operations teams in New York, London and Belfast to continually improve the client experience
- Work with sales and onboarding teams to assist the smooth transition of the client onto the Cowen platform
- Effectively report bugs and errors to development teams for resolution

**JOB REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS**:

- A relevant university degree in finance, economics, or related discipline, or recognised professional or equivalent qualification is preferred
- Fixed Income (bonds) related experience highly advantageous
- Settlements experience preferred
- Experience in a client facing role
- Maintain a professional business demeanor and work with a sense of urgency
- Excellent written and verbal English communications skills
- Open minded, outgoing and enthusiastic
- 3-5 years experience working in a professional or financial service
