Bid Coordinator/writer

We are looking for a Bid Coordinator/Writer, to support the Head of Bid Management on all aspects of the end-to-end bid process.
**About You**
Previous bid writing experience is essential as well as experience of working independently to drive and deliver multiple projects. Proven ability in planning, producing, and delivering compliant proposal documents within a complex business environment - meeting deadlines set by clients. Experience in attending proposal kick-off meetings, participating in storyboarding sessions, attending review meetings / final documents review, managing document governance /sign off, document production (electronic and hard copy), and delivery of the completed proposal.

**About the Role**
- Coordination and writing bids to support end to end bid process and bid writing requirements across all aspects of bids and tenders (ASQs, PQQ, ITTs)
- Administration and management of central portal logins and profile updates (CPV codes and keywords), sourcing potential bids and tenders which fit within the target model.
- Management of Outlook Tenders inbox.
- Creative involvement for wider bid support projects using Adobe InDesign to create visually attractive submissions and support projects, in addition to visually attractive PowerPoint presentations to support sales team presentations for potential clients.
- Support on the approval and risk review stages of all potential bids to facilitate bis / no-bid decisions.
- Support on the kick-off call stage for all approved bids and tenders.
- Production and delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer defined timeframes, with a key emphasis on contributing to the development of win themes, differentiators and identifying client hot buttons to drive the ‘why Nixon Hire’ story throughout bid and tender submissions.
- Champion collaboration tools, document management and version control best practices, ensuring proposal documents follow corporate branding guidelines, standard formatting and quality standards.
- Maintain, augment and improve library of reusable components, templates, and processes to reduce response time and improve quality on future bids.
