Due to expansion of the business we are looking to add an outstanding individual to an already successful team.
This is an important role in a fast-growing aftersales department. **The duties of the role are to manage all inbound enquiries for both our Lincoln & Coventry site. The main source of enquiries are phone calls, where you will have the skillset, knowledge and experience to convert the enquiry into a booking.**
Elements of the role include:
- Making an outstanding first impression, to set the right tone for the rest of the repair or service experience.
- Booking vehicles in, ensuring accurate loading into the workshop schedule.
- You will also be selling a range of aftersales products.
You should have the following experience and qualities:
- At least 3 year's experience in a vehicle service department role.
- Excellent organisational and inter-personal skills.
- Strong team skills, being a supportive member and a brand ambassador.
- A natural interest in aftersales, with ready-to-share knowledge to answer the most commonly asked questions from your customers.
- Possess and share the values that match the honesty and progressive nature of our brand.
You will have a passion for customer service, the will to succeed, and the desire to be part of a winning team.
In return, we offer a salary of up to £30k pa, depending on experience, with both individual and departmental bonus schemes in addition.
We are looking for someone who can be an outstanding representative of the company at all times, providing a 10/10 experience to every customer.
Working hours of 0800 - 1745 Monday to Friday NO SATURDAYS
