Incident Response Officer

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as an Incident Response Analyst at one of our clients based in Milton Keynes working as part of the Command Centre Team. Our client is one of the largest retail and commercial banks based in the UK. As an Incident Response Analyst at this site, you will be processing, assessing, and effectively mitigating risks using all intelligence sources and software. You will engage and collaborate well with the strategic partners to ensure effective understanding of all intelligence and incident tasks and monitor ongoing intelligence and incident requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Respond to, manage, and adequately escalate all Head Office and Retail incidents in accordance with the client assignment instructions.
- Report to the assigned Command Centre team leader or manager in any incident outside of their experience or control arising during their duties.
- Respond to all incident related notifications and customer calls within strict target guidelines and give our customers an excellent customer experience.

Essential Skills
- Able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
- Experience in working within an intelligence/ GSOC environment.
- Confident in managing highly emotive events to their conclusion whilst remaining empathetic and supportive.
