We use our employed trades and approved subcontractors to deliver the highest standard of works and offer the best customer / client journey possible.

We have an office based in Yaxley, Peterborough and this will be your full time place of work.

About the role;
- Receiving and making phone calls to clients, customers and suppliers
- Booking in surveys and updating calendars
- Updating client portals and spreadsheets with real time information.
- Assisting with preparing estimates and reports
- Reconciliation of various paperwork including receipts on Xero.
- Liaising with clients / customer and booking works in
- Creating programs of works
- Assisting senior managers with various admin tasks
- Liaising with suppliers
- Information / document logging

You will be required to represent the business in a professional manner at all times as we are passionate about the positive service we offer. Computer skills are also essential and training will be provided, but we expect some experience in the areas listed.

This role offers great progression opportunities for the right individuals.

Salary £22,000 - £24,000 per year
