To be accountable to the Service Development Lead for the provision of business support for the Nil Recourse to Public Funds & Resettlement Team.

Provide direct project support the to the Service Development Lead for the the Greenwich Sanctuary Project, the Greenwich Afghan Resettlement Scheme, H4U and any other future resettlement processes. The current projects are aimed at resettling Syrian and Afghan Refugees and Ukrainian guests in the Royal Borough of Greenwich. This will be as agreed by the Service Development Lead through the processes of specification of support needs, training and Supervision.

To provide administrative support to the Nil Recourse to Public Funds and Resettlement team as designated by the Service Development Lead. This will include data collection, data management and data maintenance.

Provide financial support to The NRPF & Resettlement Team. This will include processing, recording and ending financial payments on Mosaic and additionally on the PFS system for pre-paid card payments.

To use all resources efficiently and effectively, ensuring that work complies with Council Policy and procedures and that, statutory obligations are met.

To be responsible to the Line Manager for:
Liaison with community and partner agencies and other departments to, provide and receive information both sensitive and complex regarding service users.

The provision of training and development support to workers on systems and procedures relating to processes used in Care Management

To act, as a central point of information and communication for the NRPF Team

Where necessary for the job role or appropriate for continued development in the role, the post holder may be required to participate in training and development courses made available via the Council.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

HR
- To assist with processing R2Rs for agency staff and recruitment of new staff and extensions.
- To assist with the management of all recruitment and HR processes across and ensure all processes are agreed by the Senior Managers. As directed to liaise with finance to ensure recruitment is within budgets and establishments.
- Responsible for basic induction of all new staff as well as current staff who are shadowing the team’s activities.
- To ensure that at all times the work undertaken promotes the equal opportunities policies of the Local Authority and Health Trust.

**ADMINISTRATION**
- To maintain an adequate supply of office stationery and equipment, and managing the office post system.
- To maintain a diary and record of team movement and annual leave.
- To arrange, attend and minute meetings including team, departmental, planning meetings and case conferences as required by the Service Manager.
- To work with management to gather information for the effective response to FOIs, complaints and MP enquiries.
- To provide administrative support in the creation and maintenance of duty rotas.
- To work with management to develop and implement new administration procedures and practice to meet changing local and statutory needs, liaising with colleagues and managers to ensure corporate consistency.
- Provide administrative support to the Greenwich Sanctuary Project and Greenwich Resettlement Scheme, i.e. minute meetings, preparing letters and documents, and completing research tasks.
- Responsible for gathering information for investigations.
- Responsible for organising and coordinating events.
- Responsible for collecting documents from service users, uploading copies and notifying the appropriate colleagues.
